"The room was well appointed and the good and service in the restaurant excellent. The only feedback I have is the shower over the bath could be difficult for an older person to safely get in and out of and check in times are not always convenient for weary travellers..when we arrived at 3.40pm after travelling from Northumberland and absolutely needing the bathroom, the hosts made us wait 20 minutes before opening the door."

"Extremely disappointing stay. I booked for 3 people, but the room was only suitable for 2. The third bed was tiny, rock hard and not fit for proper sleep. I could not let my son sleep on it, so I had to use it myself and eventually ended up on the floor. After driving over 8 hours, this completely ruined what was meant to be a nice family trip. "No amenities. The room was noisy not from the inhouse bar but the street- early recycling, trash pick up, and after other bars closed. There is an onsite bar- the pizza was good! The location is convenient for transport, shopping etc."
