"Breakfast was included with our room and was exceptional. SO quiet in our room, nice little view of Lake Erie and downtown Cleveland. Loved the old Cleveland drawing on the big wall. High quality fixtures. Only suggestion is to dust behind furniture. Staff were all very accommodating and friendly. "

"I would live here if I could. Our room was beautiful and clean! The hotel was clean. The staff was so amazing, I could not say enough kind words about the valet, front desk, and servers. The breakfast and dinner were good. The hot tub was amazing after a long day of walking. It was so easy to get to, even being in downtown. There was so much to do and see. We cannot wait to come back."

"We liked the room overall. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great. We had an excellent breakfast in the Clubroom on our last morning. The location downtown was very convenient- close to attractions and restaurants. We were at the hotel for two nights and the reservation included daily room service. That didn’t happen. We were out of the room all day and never received fresh towels or trash pickup. We also weren’t happy with the lighting in the vanity area. It was extremely dim and almost impossible to use the mirror above the sink. "
