"We stayed here in February knowing some outdoor areas would be unavailable for the season. However, what stood out was the lack of spaces for adults to relax while kids are playing or swimming. There really weren’t comfortable spots for parents or adults to sit back and unwind nearby. It would greatly improve the experience if there were more designated relaxation areas for adults within the family spaces. "My wife and I had a very enjoyable time here. Our room was clean and the amenities (full-sized fridge, washer/dryer, jacuzzi tub, etc.) were beyond our expectations. The view from our balcony was exceptional. I also like its location close to all the Pigeon Forge attractions. "
