"This guest house is located very close to the FCO airport, and they offer a shuttle in the morning for a reasonable price that we were able to take at 6am. The staff is very kind and the room was lovely and very spacious. We even had our own front yard with our room, which was a pleasant surprise. The guest house is near Ostia Antica if you are interested in archaeological sites. It is also very close to the beach if the weather is nice. There are lots of great seafood restaurants nearby. "

"We stayed for one night May 2026. The hotel is quite shabby, showing its age. I was expecting a spa like environment, and it was not at all. The bed was very uncomfortable. Staff were friendly and the room was clean. The restaurant downstairs and the breakfast were good (4 stars). We are not entitled travellers that expect luxury, but we expected more from this property. "

"We picked this due to airport shuttle but then when we contacted them we were told there was a charge and it had to be paid in cash, which we did not have. Therefore, we ended up taking bus from airport (No. 8), so that was a disappointment. The shower was quite small and had a bifold door which made it hard to let shower run to get warm as the bifold went in and then the shower water would run outside basin area.
