I was initially assigned a hearing-impaired room on the first floor with a sliding glass door that opened directly to the parking lot—and it was unlocked when I entered. That immediately raised safety concerns, so I went back to the front desk to request a different room. To their credit, the staff handled the situation quickly and reassigned me without issue. "The breakfast was lacking in edible product. The property allowed a huge party at the pool... we could not utilize the pool for both days of our stay because 20+ children were running around... The floors and you could hear running and jumping above us as we were trying to sleep"

"The room was spacious enough, but I didn't like the location because every day the front of my room was cluttered with trash. I don’t think maintenance or housekeeping come around daily to check the trash bins. The hotel itself looked nice, and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was sufficient. The biggest issue for me was the kitchen. It could have been better—there was no broom to sweep the kitchen, and the stove didn’t work."

"For starters, they didn’t have my room that I booked online. They only had one room in the entire place, so I got transferred over to another hotel and that one wasn’t worth nothing. The burners were very very rusted which I have pictures of and it was also another room that I did not want. I had ordered a studio with a sofa, bed and 2 double beds with a kitchen well I couldn’t use the kitchen because the burners were severely severely rusted. I will definitely tell people not to go there."

"Hotel is older and relatively clean. Continental breakfast coffee and muffins only. We arrived late Friday night for check in. Around 12:30am a guest turned on loud music to the point the walls and ceiling shook in our room. This went on for more than an hour. The hotel staff claimed to not know of the disturbance the next morning."
