"It's a very new property, well maintained and clean, but over the course of our three-night stay the room was never serviced and the excuse given was "housekeeping is very busy", a slightly insulting non-answer in my view. They did bring additional towels but no linens or other normal service items - this was a strange but inexcusable blip in an otherwise wonderful stay in a clean, modern, conveniently-located hotel."

Neither of those issues was disclosed when I made the reservation. I checked the box to include paid parking, breakfast for 2, and free wi-fi, but the hotel kept saying it didn't show on their end. I had to show them my email. I was charged for parking, and something was charged to my room, but I have yet to receive an explanation. The hotel staff...

"This was a late night reservation made after work ended late. The price was very reasonable and we were blown away by how nice this place was. The lobby was beautiful. A lot of attention to detail has been put in the lighting and details of the hotel. Our room had a pool view and even though we didn’t have time to swim it looked very nice and well maintained. The entire area surrounding the hotel was very nice and felt very convenient. Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the pool!"

"Overall, my stay was great! My only minor gripe was the attitude of the lady bartender at the bar on the entrance level. My drink was not made properly. She gave me excuses and did not offer to remake my drink. Other than that, the staff was amazing."

"The room had hair on the bathroom walls from the previous guest. Not in the shower. On the wall next to the sink and not a little either. There was trash from the previous guest under the bed. When we were checking out with a baby, a service dog and enough stuff for an 11 hour move we were told to move our car RUDELY from the awning so the shuttle could park up front which also didn’t leave and nobody was on when we left the property. Not impressed."
