"they have roaches in every room, i was switch 5 times to different rooms even different floors. they have bed bugs my daughters were bit up all over even on their faces, i complained to the staff with no help they can hardly understand you, housekeeping is extremely rude even when they’re at fault, they dry their own clothes outside all over just disgusting. the pool was filthy up until the day i checked out, the fitness room is a joke. it’s hot and muggy throughout the halls and good luck catching breakfast people come in and put 12 eggs on 1 plate leaving the pan empty and go back up to their room as repeat it th next day. in the final room i was in on the first floor 131 the picture fell on me in my sleep and i told the boss i’d assume and he was EXTREMELY rude and tried to belittle me as if the picture falling on my head in MY SLEEP was my fault. DO NOT BOOK A ROOM HERE SERIOUSLY I BEG"
