We had trouble with the check in process as only one of our two rooms was linked to the booking so we couldn’t upload all information which meant that we couldn’t access our rooms. "We couldn't open our window there was a giant metal shutter covering the window. You could not see out. Room was basic but clean. Was on the 7th floor and had the smallest elevator. We would consider coming back as there is no real complaints and the location was great."

"We had a lovely stay in one of the family rooms. It was a great space for our family of 4 especially the balcony with a view of one of the cities towers. The location was perfect, easy walking distance from the main sights and a bakery right by the anpartment entrances. The self check in was very straight forward."
