"The cleaning staff works excellent and are kind. The rooms are quite sufficient. The location is very good. Breakfast is average but tasteful. The staff at the receptiondesk are mostly unkind. They were discriminatory as well. Charging me 30 pounds for early check in and the lady who was checking in besides me got the check in for free at the exact same time. No, she had not booked early check-in, the guy just said; “enjoy, love”."

"I love the courtyard entrance and space before you enter the hotel. We had a room with a window overlooking the courtyard and it was quiet enough to sleep even though it was Haloween.
Only issue was shower was very slow draining, otherwise good."

"Booked a family room and was given a twin room. Unhelpful staff simply looked at my copy of the reservation and said it was wrong. Was then forced to pay for an entirely separate room to accommodate everyone in my group because they were sold out of family rooms for that night. Would not recommend."
