"Breakfast was good. Potatoes weren’t hot but there was plenty of other food to eat. Frankie, Portia and Terrance were all super helpful. They were always busy cleaning or doing something. Kudos on such great workers. It’s definitely a hotel we’d stay at again. "

"Tru hotel by Hilton fell short of my expectations for Hilton. The room : the whole toilet moved when using, I’m afraid someone will get hurt. I wanted to mention this upon our check out however there wasn’t anyone at the front desk and three others were waiting as well. A non English speaking worker used her phone to translate there would be someone by 7am. It was 6:45 and we found that unacceptable and left . "My stay was disappointing. I had to wait until 4 PM to check in because my room wasn’t cleaned. The hotel seems to cater mostly to blue-collar workers, with many work trucks in the parking lot.
One major issue is that rooms are only cleaned once a week, which was not disclosed when booking. This should be clearly stated so guests know ahead of time.
The internet is very poor, especially if you need it for work, and the front desk said there was nothing they could do. Overall, the hotel did not...
