"We had a fantastic stay. We felt so looked after by all staff. We were particularly impressed with the young man who showed us to our room (despite a small key issue) and served us at breakfast - he was so polite and professional, he's an asset to the business! The room had everything we could need during our stay - comfy beds, nice toiletries provided in the bathroom and the biggest biscoffs I've ever seen! "It was a lovely stay, just one night before a day at bike park wales. I was told to leave the bike in the hall way and it was fine there. Parking was tight with a bike rack on so i dropped it to get the car over as far as i could. The room was beautifully decorated, bed comfy, shower amazing and the whole place was quiet. "

"The room was lovely and clean plus they had put heating on which was a bonus on wet cold day. Disappointed the shower in our room would not work so had to use the bath not ideal when you like a morning shower. Very nice room not in main building but lovely Christmas wreath on door , Dyson hairdryer and room fan plus lovely selection of teas coffee and hot chocolate available. Only gripe is the pillows they are fluffy feather ones and are useless in my opinion. Had a meal in restaurant it was...
