"Every thing was great specially the staff and the place"

"Extremely disappointed. Once we got to the location we received a totally different room/apartment. I booked this specific place off the photos for the view and jacuzzi. However the person said the one we choose on the site was already booked and the new apartment would be okay for us which was a one bedroom with no jacuzzi. It wasn’t! "L'hôtel n'existais, les photos et le nom sont bien ceux d'un hotel mais l'adresse ne correspond pas. Il n'y avait aucun hotel a l'adresse indiquée. Donc nous sommes allé à l'hôtel qui existe réellement dont c'est le nom et les photos mais aucune chambre n'était réservé. J'ai du trouver un autre hôtel et repayer une semaine de séjours."
