We have now stayed here a few times, after years of being disappointed with most of the hotel options in Times Square, we booked a week's stay at POD Times Square. This hotel is exactly what it says it is. Rooms are fairly small, but quiet and private. Bath is well-appointed, and the location is great. The staff was also amazing, and a pro tip, you can ask for an electric kettle at the front desk and make hot food and soups during your stay. "

The window was broken remaining open, and despite multiple requests to the front desk for assistance, no one arrived. We had to keep calling and calling.
