"Location and price of the hotel are fantastic for Dublin but does reflect the fact it is above the nightclub. It is VERY noise at 2am when the club closes, but they provide excellent ear plugs that worked great. We couldn’t hear the club from our room, just the noise on the street when it closed. Breakfast was plain, croissants , fruit and good coffee, but since we didn’t expect any breakfast at all we were very happy with it. It is a small and older building, but well maintained and clean....

"Location great. Room is clean and neat. Downside: you have to go downstairs to iron your clothes and there is no air conditioning system in the room. I would not book again in the summer. The room was too warm for comfort. Room does have a heater for colder climate."

"Very small space but neat concept. At the lower price point, this is perfectly acceptable. Nice neighbourhood with nearby amenities / coffee shops within 6min walk which was great. Not a place to book if you want to spend a great amount of time in your room but perfect to crash for the night and head out again in the morning."
