"It was a nice hotel and staff were nice but unfortunately we didn't get a lot of sleep due to a large amount of children from a dance group running up and down the corridor outside the rooms and loud and boisterous until quite late in the evening around 1am . There was also another incident in the room accross which went on continuously throughout our last night there. Unfortunate that these incidents caused our stay to be not the best. "

"Our room was great! Although its a little outside the city centre, it is most definitely worth it as its just a 30 min bus ride our so away. I enjoyed our room, it was large and comfortable especially for the price. Our room was a non-smoking room, but did smell like smoke a bit, but it was ok. Overall a nice stay and would come again!"

"The breakfast and staff in the lounge and restaurants were amazing. Very helpful front desk, annd super nice. Our only downside was our bedroom maintenance. The first few days were very good. The cleaning went downhill pretty fast after that. We came back after a long day to a bathroom that had not been cleaned and garbage was still in the can from the morning. It’s unfortunate as that’s not what people expect in a Hyatt property. All in all a good place to stay."

"I didn’t have a car, nothing around the property. Code locks were a pain. My room was never cleaned after I checked in. No cable tv and no directions on how to use the tv, once I figured it out I had to stand infront of the tv to work it and it was not a smart tv "

"The Dublin Express stops 300m away from the property and it’s a very convenient airport shuttle. It’s also relatively inexpensive compared to taxis. The rooms are nice, clean and the bathroom was brand new. It is walking distance from Dublin Castle, Trinity College, Temple Bar and many other turistical objectives. Not sure if there are ice machines, we didn’t find them and we would recommend the property to have a bottle opener handy at the reception in case guests would like to enjoy a glass of...

"I was worried about the distance into city centre; however, with bus links close by, this ended up not being an issue. The staff was very helpful and friendly, even providing a fan that allowed one of our party to sleep better. This was delivered quickly, straight to the room. The food in the restaurant was enjoyable. Breakfast was a bit underwhelming for the price of the included breakfast. I didn't have any issues with the Wi-Fi. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Dublin and...

I’m only giving a 4 stars because we arrived at like 9:00 am in the morning after a 7 hours flight and had to wait until 1:00 pm to get in the room. If you’re arriving early, pay for early check in, it makes a difference! "
