"The listing did not disclose that this is a pet-friendly hotel. The sheets were filthy and smelled strongly of animals. This was especially problematic for someone with allergies. The cleanliness and lack of accurate disclosure made this a very unpleasant stay."

"We had a suite. It was very nice. The pool was “under maintenance” which was pretty upsetting for the kids. The pool was on and looked perfect but we weren’t able to use it. The person at the front desk had no idea when it would be ready. "

"The room was clean and comfortable, but the first morning, we didn't have any hot water. It was warm, but it wasn't hot. The next morning, the water was hot though. The room was pretty quiet, and the parking was fine. It was a little busy but there were plenty of spots. I would stay again.The staff was really friendly and offered a late xheck out which really helped. "

"This hotel is located in a suburb, yet they charge $30/night for self-parking. My keycard did not open the gate as I was told it would, and since the entrance gate was stuck open, others used the same lot for free that I was charged for. Overall, room was updated and clean, but the bathroom fan was quite loud and needs replacement. Staff was polite, but not overly welcoming."

"Expedia advertises its hotels as either Free Breakfast or Breakfast($). Since Expedia didn't have Breakfast($) on this property, I booked it thinking breakfast was included. In fact, free breakfast was the main reason i booked this particular property. When i went down for the breakfast, i had to pay $17 per person. I didn't read it too carefully but Expedia apparently advertised this property as Breakfast Available, which can mean either or both. I think it would be better practice if Expedia...

"I have been trying to connect with someone at this property about my experience. The GM Jasmine hasn’t responded. The customer service representatives are providing mixed information. During my stay there were lady bugs and flies in the room and living around, both tv’s blanked out so I wasn’t able to enjoy and relax, the refrigerator went out causing all my food to go bad, the sink stopped up, and the maintenance/front desk did not tend to any of my request whether I called from the room or...
