Was pretty short but nice, the breakfest was pretty good! I enjoyed my stay and should the need arise I will stay here again :)!

We booked this hotel because it was close to an event we planned to attend, because it had a large swimming pool and because on the website they offered an airport shuttle services. After we booked the nonrefundable package we contacted the hotel and were advised that they DO NOT offer an airport shuttle service. Only a one night stay close to a business contact. This was a genuine 4 star hotel at a very reasonable price - almost cheap enough to put me off when I was booking!

Very convenient for the station and central Berlin. Modern , well equipped, friendly and helpful staff, good sized rooms. Very pleased we chose there for our Berlin stay

Great location near Berlin Central station. Hotel is very new and staff are very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.

Clean and tidy hotel. Staff very friendly. Food good. Very good public transport connections. Extremely good value for money.

The location is truly amazing being right next door to the Brandenburg gate. We had heard that this was a superb hotel to stay in and it was.

Amazing stay, gave me an early check-in after difficult journey. Spa and breakfast were incredible. Outstanding hotel

Staff could not do enough, consistently good. Hotel is connected to a multitude of public transport options, all within 2 minutes walk of the hotel. Do try and get the breakfast rate as it is excellent value, the range of options was enormous even a glass of bubbly with your breakfast. Hotel highly recommended for s luxury break.

Friendly and efficient as always. Room was spacious and clean. Lovely breakfast

Beautiful hotel, outstanding swimmingpool and breakfast. Bus 200 stops in front of the hotel. A stone throw away from the Zoo.

Large very clean room and bathroom. Excellent breakfast, plenty of choice

Convenient central location.

What an amazing stay and hotel in the center of Berlin. Lovely hotel room, very friendly and welcoming staff, and excellent breakfast.

The property condition is excellent. Walkable from Spittelmarket railway station. The rooms were big enough and one of the best i stayed in Germany. Breakfast was good but repetitive and got bored by 4th day of stay. The staffs were excellent and very helpful. Many attractions are at a walkable distance, like check point Charlie. The others with an hop from nearby bus and train stations. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone and i would be back for my next trip. The only negative...

Helpful staff.

Great hotel, great location. Staff very helpful. Tickets available to buy from reception for the bus / train. Staff spoke good English. Luggage room was useful and secure.

Wonderful stay with ever so helpful staff (Santana). Clean rooms and hotel, very modern and comfy beds. Great location, walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants.
