"Servicable, but not great. Shower was falling apart, no one available on reception for check out. Corridors smelt of cigarette smoke and the fire alarm went off at 5:20 in the morning. The vending machine advertised was empty, there are stains on the ceilings and burn marks on the floors. Very much in need of a makeover."

"Clean,friendly,lovely location and nice staff. For a three star it’s definitely only just missing out on being a four star as was hard to fault and we had a great two nights there. Food was very good,staff were friendly and attentive,rooms clean and warm with nice fittings and drinks at the bar reasonably priced. Will be staying again as loved our visit and did some great walking in the local area."
