"We have stayed here 4 times for overnight stops. Everything is lovely and clean, staff, for the most part are pleasant and professional - I say for the most part - on our latest visit, we ordered a wine spritzer and specified soda, not lemonade and a half pint of pepsi. We got a spritzer with lemonade and a full pint of pepsi but it was soon sorted. We have had 4 different rooms out of the 5 that there are, and only one of them was what I would class as too small even for a standard...

"Great stay in a lovely hotel. The owner was charming, friendly and fun and gave an excellent display of first class customer service. The food in the restaurant was excellent. We left too early for breakfast so they made up packed breakfasts for us too. Some of the alcoholic drinks in the mini bar are free too! Bed was comfortable and the facilities were clean, tidy, modern and well kept. Parking right outside too."

"I think this was the best Holiday Inn Express we have stayed in, and we’ve stayed in a lot world wide . Great welcome, room spacious and clean. A nice area to sit in in the evening, food was available and lots of people were eating, we just had a glass of wine . Breakfast was really good, great selection, fresh and good variety . "On arrival Bleesed on reception was helpful and polite. I was taken away by the sheer heat reception it was like an oven. Their was extra tea and coffee available to help yourself to but no milk showing the dirty residue of old milk in the tub. First issue room on the second floor with a lift out of use, not helpful when you are alone with a fair bit of luggage no assistance to haul it up 4 flights of stairs. Once in the twin room first thing I notice we're the bright red walls with lots of pain...

"Breakfast was extortionate and dire. Not worth the money. It is outsourced and nothing to do with the hotel. The rooms are not cleaned everyday nor are the towels changed. Nobody comes to check for housekeeping. The room was like a sauna. Extremely hot rooms, creaky floors, dirty carpet and windows. Windows don't open. Bathroom water pressure is just awful. There is no fridge or airconditioning in the room. I didn't use the leisure facilities. Aircon is only around the reception area. The hotel...
