"As a family we have stayed at this hotel a number of times now, as it is a great stop off point for us on the way to Cornwall.
The staff are very helpful and polite, the hotel itself is very clean and spacious, and the swimming pool, whilst being small, is a great attraction for us.
The only thing I would say is that if you want dinner in the restaurant then it is imperative that you reserve a table ahead of time, otherwise it will likely be fully booked."

"Enjoyed our stay, we were on the top floor, but no lifts. Anyone with mobility issues might struggle. There is a stair lift to first floor that needs hotel staff in attendance.
Room was spacious, bed very comfortable and facilities fine,
We elected to have "no clean" service, (the hotel's policy for saving water) but we did expect the inside of the windows to have been cleaned, the views were obscured because of this. Also, we expected tea, coffee and milk to be replaced, but had to ask.

"What a fabulous venue with really spacious bedrooms complete with comfortable beds. Great choice of food for breakfast, less choice for veggies. Parking is available right outside your room if you’re lucky. Having a drink outside wasn’t too enjoyable as it was quite busy and very noisy, not relaxing at all."
