"This property is located outside of Cheltenham city center and most rooms (all standard/smaller rooms) are in the basement. Basement has been remodeled and rooms are decent but you’re still in a basement with very little access to natural light or windows. Cleaning personnel were very loud in the morning as well talking to one another."

"The hosts of the property were extremely helpful and provided an excellent breakfast each morning. The property was lovely and comfortable with deep mattresses and plush pillows. We were shown how to work the heating, so that we could have the accommodation at a temperature that suited us. Parking was accessible around the property, if a little tight for larger vehicles. "Really beautiful Gloucestershire..oldy world style property...nicely modernised....however....bathroom needed a bit more attention....radiator rusty and looking tatty...cracks in the plaster...actually the cracks are good..totally an age thing..so I am saying thats a positive!!!!.The loo seat was well loose though.... had a fab evening meal...great food .....great cooking....and great service..Anna is an absolute star here...introduced me to my room.... served dinner...a fabulous, attentive ,...
