"For what this hotel lacks in amenities it by far makes up for in comfort, convenience, and customer service! Everything single staff member was efficient, helpful, and SO friendly! This was the first time we traveled with our pup Vito and he was welcomed with open arms!"

"When we walked the young lady that was at the front desk was slumped over the chair asleep. We woke her up. Then it took forever to get checked in and the girl was not very friendly. But our checkout experience was great. The woman there was very courteous and we was checked out very quickly. Beds were very comfortable and room was clean"

"The hotel was great and most staff were great. At breakfast we got there 15 minutes before it was over but the lady working there had already shut down the waffle iron and was pretty snide in her response as to why it wasn't available. We got what we could to eat before he put it all away and sat at a table. There was a solo lady sitting at another table who also had a similar experience. Then the attendant turned the lights off in a clear message to all if us thst breakfast was now OVER and we...

"Bedroom looked clean and remodeled but bathroom wasnt clean. Toilet was quite dirty."

"Very clean and pleasant; close to the Cahokia Mounds Historic Site and St. Louis isn't too far, either... and get this: at 5:30 in the evening they have a Happy Hour, which they call Kickback, with free food and drinks. Read that sentence again! After a long drive (over 400 miles for us), it was nice to relax and not even have to go out for dinner. Breakfast was also gratis, and very good, as well. The room was clean and comfortable. Thank you, Drury Inn and Suites!"

"The vending machines had expired snacks and I accidentally ate moldy chocolate. My wife got food poisoning from the hard boiled eggs, we came on back and ended up having to cut the trip short because she had bad fever and was ill for the next for days. Some of the front desk people were rude and were eyeing everyone. I will say the beds were great when we were ending the night if you catch my drift."

"This is an older hotel, but still great! It kind of has a bed and breakfast feel with the country touches and home cooked breakfasts. The mismatched coffee mugs topped off the feel. Such a great value. We’ll stay here again when we’re in the area."
