"The hotel, although older in decor, was well maintained. The staff were extremely polite. However the gym is not free for hotel guests to use and requires a daily entry fee. This was shocking to discover. The hotel location is central, with shops and restaurants nearby."

"Amazing hotel! Brand new property, very conveniently located across from Canal City shopping mall in Hakata, Fukuoka. Check in was smooth and easy. The staff was always there to assist when needed. Amazing view from the room and very confortable. Everything inside was modern and great quality! Awesome rain showers and a sitting area where you can watch over the view from the windows and enjoy a quiet breakfast or afternoon tea. Some rooms have a terrace to enjoy the same. Easy to use Landry...

"We love the room is really spacious with 3 beds so we can each sleep on one bed.
- It’s so quiet and comfortable so we had really good sleep for 5 days during our stay.
- The location is central.
- One drawback is that the toilet is separated from the shower which is not very convenient."

"3rd time staying at a Dormy Inn; 2nd at Gion. The location is great (especially the proximity to the Kawabata Arcade and Canal City); Hakata Station is also within walking distance. It's a treat to have access to a hot spring bath and the ice pops, probiotic drinks and late-night ramen are other pluses."
