"This is a quiet property conveniently located right off the freeway making it very easy to get to the downtown area and upper State Street in minutes. The staff is kind and helpful. The facility provides a full breakfast each morning to help jump start your day. Gina, who manages the breakfast operations is super kind and helpful. Our stay was very pleasant and we would definitely consider staying again. "

The room had multiple maintenance issues: discolored tile near the toilet, worn mirror trim, a toilet handle that did not flush properly, and a lamp that did not work. "Everything is great at this hotel. I’m many are great. All the staff From The Room service. They’re always Nice. Also check In-N-Out. It’s always fast. Not too bad for the price., my only concern is that when people are doing whatever on the next rooms or the other rooms, you can hear everything. That is my only concern. But other than that everything else is great. I know I gave it a five star. But I think four star. It’s fair."

"We had a very comfortable weekend stay. Great location! The room was very clean and we slept well on the comfortable beds. The area was surprisingly quiet considering it’s located on a main road. But that made it easy to get gas and meals. One morning we took a pleasant walk two blocks to Whole Foods and enjoyed our breakfast there. The location is right off of the freeway. I would definitely stay there again."

"This hotel is new (approximately 5 years old) so everything is in excellent condition. The architecture and design of the hotel is beautiful and it has been maintained really well. The staff (specially Roldolfo) was so kind, warm and professional. The amenities lacked only because there was no pool; however, the beach is just a few blocks away. Also the double beds were a let down as they were not conducive for 2 people to sleep in. A queen sized bed would have been much better. I would still...
