"This is a great hotel for the price range. They have microwaves and refrigerators in the rooms which is crucial for many travelers. The rooms are modern, new and clean. Our only complaint is the lack of water pressure in the shower, but after staying in many hotels this seems to be a common problem. The environment outside the hotel isn’t ideal (across from a gas station and a Target) but you won’t found anything better in Goleta unless you can afford to stay at Ritz Carlton. I looked into...

"Appreciated the grab bar in the tub/shower but found the tub surface scarily slippery and wished for a textured surface or mat in the tub. And the motion sensor light in the bathroom wasn't so great in the middle of the night! A night light would have been better! Otherwise found the room comfortable, quiet, and clean. We weren't expecting to have to pay to park at the motel, though - that was a surprise!"

"Horrible, highly abusive staff if you have a disability. I had an epileptic seizure in the lobby at the time of check in. The front desk agent had already been informed that I have epilepsy. The agent accused me of being on drugs, told me I should go outside and wiggle in the dirt and get out of her lobby and did this in front of other hotel guests. Then she told me she didn't want my "kind of problem" at her hotel and threatened to call the police if I did not immediately get our of her lobby....

"The grounds ar nicely kept up. The room is very small and dated. The couch was very low and hard to stand up from. For the price we won't be going back."

"I like the beds and linens, Door had a huge gap underneath, floors could have been mopped better. It served its purpose up for a wedding left the next morning."

"Would have given more stars, everything was great except for two areas. First, the food is very basic, but we had heard that and there is great dining nearby. However, we were there for two nights and NEVER received maid service, even after going to the office (across the street btw) THREE times and repeatedly being promised service. Also, parking is very limited. Great location and cute property. "

"Tried to contact hotel by phone three times and once by email prior to our arrival to let them know we were getting in late. No answer or response at all. Showed up to no one working and apparently one person was responsible for 4 hotels and helped us checkin to a room that was dirty, had no trash can or soap, the shower was moldy, the sheets were like toilet paper and towels like t-shirts. The morning breakfast is cereal and starts at 730am so no coffee until then as there was no coffee...

Esto es un motel de ruta ... no es un hotel de casi 400 dolares x noche ... me siento estafado totalmente !!!! Muy mal x expedia y peor aun x marriot ... ambos son complices de ofrecer algo extramadamente inferior a lo q sugieren las fotos y la descripcion !!!"

"Great stay for the price."

"We came in late at night, and the gentleman was very nice and got us in fast. The bed was so comfy and they leave plenty of towels for you. Comes with microwave, mini fridge and coffee maker. Air conditioner was great also. Place is very clean, and good size rooms. I paked in the back because the place was full and had no problems with anybody messing with my car, it was safe. Thank you so much."
