"This was an amazing, clean property with a nice kitchen. It was only steps away from the beach, wharf and marina. The bed was comfy, the air conditioning worked and there is access to the pool and hot tub across the street. They also had a free wine and cheese happy hour and breakfast."

"The property grounds are pretty and the location good - right in between Santa Barbara and Goleta, off the freeway and near coffee, stores, etc. The pool and spa are good sized and well heated. The rooms are eh. Beds were comfy but overall cleanliness and shape need work. On the 2nd day, our room had a horrible smell coming from the bathroom sink. It was gross (room 222)."

"The hotel and room was clean and well maintained. I paid $715.57 for two nights in a room with a queen sized bed and sofa couch. Parking is $10 per day, underground parking. Bathroom was modern and in good shape. Ammenities in the room were a flat screen TV that offered a very minimal menue of channels with very little entertainment included, a cube fridge. "I stayed for 4th of July weekend and i must say it was way better than i expected! The room, sheets and towels smelled clean! I should have asked the name of the person in the front desk because he was VERY NICE, PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL! I traveled with my son and he had a blast at the pool! It had a family environment but it was very quiet and there was No problem when it comes about the noise. Suggestion: I love it is dog friendly but guests should keep their dogs in the leash. "I can’t believe I didn’t leave my review earlier. I just so happened to just book this hotel again because I had such a great time when we went. I’m excited to go back and have a little getaway. I love the idea of being able to have dinner and drinks, then be able to walk back to my room. Plus a cook to order breakfast and not just continental breakfast. That’s important to us because we both eat gluten free."

"It’s like a little Airbnb. Without the price it has a kitchen a bedroom a living room . Coffee maker. Keurig. I brought extra pods. I will be walking everywhere. I will not be moving the car.
