"The breakfast was great, with many choices, including fruit, yogurt, eggs, bacon, sausage, and a cool machine that makes small, tender pancakes that are almost like crepes (great with nutella on them). A machine makes a variety of tasty espresso drinks at the push of a button (grinding the beans for each serving). The pool, hot tub, courtyard and garden area are beautiful, well-maintained, and spacious, with plenty of seating and walkways throughout. The room was nice, with a sleek, modern feel...

"My kids loved the pool. Place was safe and clean. Disappointed there was a $20/night parking fee for guests. "

"The property is dog-friendly. I enjoyed that the room was clean and the breakfast selection was good. The staff was okay. Not everyone I encountered seemed friendly or came off welcoming, but it did not manage to negatively affect my experience. "

"We stayed over spring break and expected a luxury experience given the price and brand, but the stay was inconsistent. The room had multiple maintenance issues: discolored tile near the toilet, worn mirror trim, a toilet handle that did not flush properly, and a lamp that did not work. The seating area near the door was also cramped and poorly arranged. Housekeeping was unreliable. One day the room was not serviced until mid-afternoon, requiring us to wait. Another day it was not serviced at...

"The room I stayed in wasn’t the cleanest. The floor was very slippery and the shower seemed dirty. Would not stay here another time. "

"We got a room on the ground floor by the pool, it was very dark even during daytime. It’s not well noise insulated and we could heard the people above walking and dropping stuff. Our room was near a spotlight outside that was reflecting inside the room all night. Beside that the pool was nice but missing a jacuzzi and the garden was pretty. Restaurant looks nice and staff was friendly and helpful. Perhaps best to stay on top floor next time!"

"Everything is great at this hotel. I’m many are great. All the staff From The Room service. They’re always Nice. Also check In-N-Out. It’s always fast. Not too bad for the price., my only concern is that when people are doing whatever on the next rooms or the other rooms, you can hear everything. That is my only concern. But other than that everything else is great. I know I gave it a five star. But I think four star. It’s fair."

"This was a boutique hotel, very small. They were very clear about late check-in, which was nice. I felt a little bit uncomfortable with the parking situation, but it was OK when you arrive at night I wasn’t sure about the safety of the neighborhood however it was fine compared to downtown. It was much better actually there were no homeless people around the parking lots / Santa Barbara was very disappointing for us as it felt very unsafe at night downtown tons of homeless people tons of drinking...

"The bed was so comfortable! But the pillows were like trying to sleep on a rock! I have the worst stiff neck! Bathroom is so small you can sit on the toilet and brush your teeth at the same time!"
