"Kamer was super, heel fijn bed, mooie schone badkamer met fijne shampoo en douchegel, personeel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam, ontbijt uitgebreid en erg lekker. Zeer mooi hotel! Parkeren kun je onder het hotel (linker entree als je voor de ingang staat) in een algemene parkeergarage maar handiger is om te parkeren op het parkeerdek (rechter entree als je voor de ingang van de parkeergarage staat) waarbij je zo het hotel in kan lopen. "

"Good location, friendly staff how ever limited supplies in the room we had no milk for the tea and coffee. Train station is 2 mins walk from hotel and cologne center is a 15min train journey. Very easy to get too. Plenty of free of street parking. Highly recommend. "

"Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, die Zimmer und das Badezimmer sehr groß und sauber. Die Betten sehr groß und gemütlich. Es passt alles. Nur müsste mal der Teppichboden ausgetauscht werden und im Badezimmer eine Dusche statt Badewanne eingebaut werden. Ich werde immer wieder in diesem Hotel übernachten."

"We have stayed in a lot of hotels, over the last 50 years. This is by far the best one we have ever stayed in. There has only been one other that we have given almost top marks to, but this one excelled. The place was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The staff were wonderful. They went far and beyond, what you would normally expect. They were so helpful and answered every question we had, even to writing instructions, for the bus and trams. It really felt like a home from home, but...
