Dès notre arrivée, la climatisation était bloquée en mode chauffage alors qu’il faisait déjà chaud. Impossible de la régler. Après appel à la réception, aucune solution concrète, si ce n’est un ventilateur...

"Absolute GEM on Gozo What a fantastic boutique hotel. The room was incredibly clean, well furnished with little extras like a coffee and tea station, extra towels (and yes they were in the shape of a swan), and all the amenities I need from wine glasses to soap and conditioner. "The property itself was fine, although the label "luxury" is an overstatement merely referring to the hot tub. Given the listing's focus on the hot tub, an extra set of towels and bathmat in addition to what was designated for the shower would have been nice. The view of the citadel was lovely although completely blocked by a wall when in the hot tub. Further, a rug for the cold tile floor in the living room would have greatly increased comfort. Everything else was good."
