"Clean spacious rooms Adult pool was a blast"

"The outdoor sitting area was super cute, the property was very clean and the amenities and decor were welcoming. The street is very loud at night; helpful ear plugs were provided. The lobby offers wine for sale. The bed was comfortable and the king room bathroom had two sinks. Convenient location to walk around mid-town. Memorable stay."

"We checked in late, BUT had no key to our room. Bed was not comfortable & pillows flattened completely. It was not what we expectedly for a Hyatt, in fact, I was calling it a Lowett Place. A pun, but not wrong. Only one EV charger was working and that spot was taken all night, and combustion engines were parked in EV parking spots. Therefore, handicapped walkways & ramps would be blocked if an EV was as to charge while a combustion mention parked in an EV charging parking spot. EV parking spots...

"Pet friendly and a genuinely nice place to stay. Close walk to casinos and other amenities. Nice bar with some food offerings onsite with a great outdoor patio. Only negative was location is in a loud and busy part of town. I guess that's why they provide guests with ear plugs, lol...."

"There was an employee named Blanca who was the highlight of our stay, as well as the two male front desk employees (I don’t remember their names), but they demonstrated the utmost professionalism and service ever! The staff is friendly, helpful and the premises were in pristine condition. Definitely staying here again!"

"Pool was closed and no treadmill in exercise room. Had to call multiple times to get shuttle pick up. Drop off went smoothly, and that was way more important. Room was clean and comfortable "

"Clean and good sized rooms. Bed / pillows comfortable and room has all the amenities to be expected. Pocket door to bathroom that doesn’t really shut nor block out light. Air conditioner is noisy and parking is pricey ($20+ a night), although convenient. Located right on the river with easy access to the river walk."

"There was no parking so we had to park a couple of blocks away. We were not even able to drive up to the hotel entrance to unload our luggage. We were given a pass to the lounge at check-in, but it was open only until 7 pm (around the time we arrived). In the morning, the only options were coffee and tea. The actual hotel was nice and we appreciated the fact that it was non-smoking and did not have a casino! Fortunately there were a few nearby restaurants not attached to casinos."

"Don't book this hotel. It was terrible. Very dark dingey room with no amenities. Light bulb out, small old table, with one straight back chair and no coffee machine. Pool closed and area was poorly maintained."

The parking lot was constantly occupied by some salty folks that some might say part-take in some questionable activity, and the police were called to the property to deal with an unruly person off the street who was causing issues with the desk staff, before getting into verbal altercations with property security (who...

"Room and sheets were clean,"

"The room was Great! Clean. We only stayed one night but overall it was good. It would have been nice if there was body soap and we're able to connect to the wifi with only one device, our other devices could not connect after. It didn't really bother us since it was just a short stay. Communication can be improved. I would stay here again if in town."
