"Our air conditioner didn’t work. Well, the window was closed, but it sounded like it was open, heard all the traffic from the freeway, no microwave, couldn’t warm up leftovers, seems to me it was staged, I just want you to keep buying food….."

"Staff was very helpful and professional. Although this is an older local hotel it had everything needed. Very clean and well provided for with mini fridge, microwave and coffee pod machine with supplies to make coffee. I arrived quite a bit early for my reservation and they were able to accommodate me with allowing me in my room early. I traveled by bus and this location is very close and convenient to the transit center, about 1 block away. Would stay here again!!"

"Clean room, staff were awesome. Only things were the water in the shower took awhile to heat up and one night there was a dog barking in another room. And no microwave. Overall, great stay."

"The receptionist at check in was very helpful. We wanted a room away from the freeway. We were disappointed with the friendliness of the staff in the restaurant. They barely spoke to us apart from taking our order. Dinner was good but the oatmeal at breakfast was disappointing. We’ve had far better on previous occasions."

"No staff onsite. Poor internet connection for the Check-In/Check-out Kiosk made check-in a challenge. Room wasn't that clean. The hotel is in a good location and has decent ammenties and pet area."

"The apartment was nice, modern, and very clean, with new appliances and a comfortable bed. Overall, it felt well-maintained and offered good value for the location. However, there were a few issues during my stay. Some of the light switches were confusing and didn’t always work properly sometimes only certain combinations would turn lights on or off. The unit is downstairs, and noise from the upstairs neighbor (who was quite loud at times) made it difficult to sleep in or rest comfortably....

"A nonsmoking hotel posted on the web has smoking odor found bugs in the sink toilet and bed I had a bug bite on my left leg shower certain broken shower head broken. From Thursday to Sunday room were not cleaned only got fresh towel but not wash clothes. Some front desk staffs were helpful but the manager Catheleen were not apologetic requested room from Sherri far from free way but was assigned a one next to freeway asked to get a different room due to bug issues and smell of smoke three to...

"Great room with a lot space. No staff basically, it’s mostly automated. Being right across from the bus station with a guy screaming all night was a bit of a different environment for me."
