"Pool maintenance was ongoing during our stay, so we had to use the Flamingo family pool which was very inconvenient and crowded. Also, be prepared for staff asking you if you have received your welcome gift. They are not pushy but they are tricky once they get your attention. It is not a welcome gift per se, it’s to pressure you to attend a timeshare presentation which could easily take a day of your time. Do not believe the 90 min presentation; it takes way more than that to get to the place...

"Pool side was amazing Wednesday and Thursday with nice low lounge music - BUT Friday it was impossible to stay at the pool as the volume and bass was WAY TO LOUD. A lot of people left as you couldn’t speak together."

"The resort is amazing, but sadly there's been multiple issues with billing - the hotel does not automatically send out a folio upon check-out like other hotels do. The resort and beverage credits were not applied (even AFTER I've brought this up with the front desk several times during my stay), and I was overcharged multiple times - had I not checked my credit card statement I would not have found out."

"Very clean! Staff are very friendly and helpful.. Pricey but you are assured that the room is clean and comfortable. How I wish you have a choice of not having to pay for the resort fee if you are nit gonna use it 😁.. it’s like paying for another day or more with that resort fee they added. But overall we love it and we will be coming back there soon 😉"

"We spent 2 nights and were impressed with the cleanliness and modern furnishings. The rooms were very roomy. The first evening we took part in happy hour which had half price appetizers and half price drinks. It was nice not to have to leave the property after a long day of travel. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic. They had everything imaginable for breakfast and staff kept everything replenished and even offered to clean off our dishes, which were glass.
