"Hotel smells great!! And the beds are wonderful! Especially the down pillows and comforter! However, the pull out bed did not have linens I had to call and request them. I wish that was immediately available, especially when traveling with a tired child. "It’s great all around, the only thing is that there was only 1 nice friendly employee in the restaurant Cafe fig. The young Hispanic lady was great! We hear the lady with blue hair tell someone I’m not your server they are!! That was wild and the bartenders don’t smile lol. Maybe a little more customer service training but food was amazing and our server was great ‘"

"I really liked the hotel. My daughter and I stayed when we attended the Ariana Grande concert. Everything was great, nice room, many walkable eateries, and a nice staff. Only complaints I have are that our window was facing the street and it was sooo loud all night long with people and cars. I couldn’t fall asleep until after 3am."
