"The staff needs more hospitality training. There was only one ice maker on floor 2. I would have love to have had an ice maker working on my floor. The breakfast was 20 of 5, Excellent. The room was clean and the air conditioner was working great. When I return to Clayton, I would stay there again."

She was friendly and attended to everyone in a timely manner. She made sure to keep food items stocked for all of us late sleepers and updated us as the items came out! Her smile was contagious and so super friendly! What a great job she is doing! "

"Overnight Mother's Day trip was a great stay at the Holiday Inn Express I55 South location. Normally would lodge at Hampton Inn next door when I visited St. Louis but definitely found better at Holiday Inn express. Staff was very nice and breakfast was a big winner with Bacon 😉"

"This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at.the first room the toilet was not bolted down the room was unclean . The next room wasn't much better. The breakfast was horrible. And the worst part of the stay some one passed out across the hall way and I was unable to get back to my room it took almost 25 mins before any one checked on him the another 10 before they called emt."
