"This stay corrosponded with a 50th birthday we were invited to, and chose this accomodation as it was fairly close! "Stayed here for 2 nights recently. House actually looked better than the photos. Lots of space with plenty of towels / cutlery / glasses / plates etc.
lovely quiet street within walking distance of Loughborough.
would 100% stay here again.
I have removed one star as the thermostat on the shower could do with being checked. Unfortunately the only temperate was scalding hot which made it difficult to shower but I’m sure that’s an easy fix for the host.
Thanks so much for the stay!"

"I’ve booked two standard for a trip in April 26. On arrival, we were given a family room and informed that that was the last room they had available.
Entry into the room electrics in did not work it was cold with one bed settee prepared and a double bed.
Upon complaint and insistence that our original booking was two standard. And given our health condition that’s the reason we chose the option after a healthy discussion and pointing out our health needs. An indicating that “Grand” should...
