"We spent two nights at Bar Harbor manor. It is a great location, easy walking distance to the restaurants and shops. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was portable, which is great if you want to get an early start into the park. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of hot water! Plus there was a lot of counter space in the bathroom, which was a welcome change to many of the hotels in these quaint towns. "

"We absolutely loved our stay here. Just got back from spending the Labor Day holiday weekend there with friends and kids. The motel has great activities, bonfire with s'mores at night, make your own trail mix in the morning. The outdoor pool was heated and refreshing after a long day of hiking. There was a sidewalk which leads right to downtown, maybe a 15 minute walk and a carriage path that leads right into Acadia. The motel had such a cute and retro vibe, the staff were all very friendly....

"Lovely spacious room with balcony. Beautiful location. Nice to have a lift to help with luggage. Room very pricey (AUD$400 for us). Bathroom a bit dated for a room so expensive & breakfast not included. We needed milk for our tea and wasn't available. An inconvenience for us. "

"Very clean motel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our scheduled transportation from Motel back to Bangor airport didn’t show up. The hotel staff arranged for a last minute taxi ride with Sunrise 2 Sunset taxi. "
