"Handy stopover for trip to London."

"Staff member Gabriel was amazing on the night shift! We had just come back from Wembley and with the trains being delayed the food we had ordered arrived at the hotel before we did! However, when we did arrive, Gabriel had accepted the order for us, kept it safe and provided us with some ice so we could have cold water to drink given it was a hot night. We are so grateful to Gabriel and his help, he is a testament to your hotel."

"Visited on Monday 15 June. No staff to check in, just a door bell to security they then let you in to get your key from a key safe inside. No dinner or bar on Monday nights so went to the pub over the road. Double Room petite and bijou but adequate. Left before breakfast so did not speak to any staff during our stay!!!! On our previous visit we did have a very nice breakfast. Recommend it but don’t expect to be pampered, more like an Air B&B at least on a Monday or Tuesday."

"We had an amazing night staying in the deluxe suite and it was spectacular. The room in the accommodations could not have been better. The staff in the bar, restaurant and hotel were all very nice and happy to help in any request that we had. Food restaurant was great and the atmosphere was terrific – definitely check out the Abbey directly across the street."

"Overall pretty good. Older property, but updated in the right places. Needs finishing touches such as better sealant around water fixtures. An outdoor heated pool would be amazing. Also, the bar doesn’t have Aperol! Easy to fix."

"The staff was very nice but the room was very dirty. Every where you looked it needed cleaned. Ok for a 1 night stay but not more than that."

"Room was quite hot and the double bed was quite small. It is more suited as a single room than a true double in my opinion. Lovely bathroom and a nice property as a whole with good facilities, although I found the WiFi very slow throughout. Breakfast could be improved as the hot food was not refreshed and was a little cold and uninspiring. Need to work on the simple things, such as replacing sauces/refilling milk when empty and making sure plates are available for customers. We arrived...

"Thought the room was lovely. However there was no dressing gown or slippers. There was no glasses in the bathroom or room. The small thin plastic cups fell over if you put your toothbrush and toothpaste in. Surprised there wasn’t a separate restaurant in the hotel for evening meals.. A friend came to see me for coffee one morning but I was told they didn’t serve coffee until 12. First hotel I’ve never heard that before in a hotel. My husband loved the swimming pool.
