"The property and room were fine. The hottub was not. After long hours of traveling I thought I’d go in. I found 2 diapered children, one about 2 the other an infant, in a mesh bottom tube floating with their families. First it is a Safety Hazard as children become over heated rapidly and cannot regulate their body temperature well. And second, it is DISGUSTING. I was told that it is up to parents if children use the hottub, even little ones (I had given the ages)… REALLY? She rethought that...

"Having booked a 3 day stay for approx $1,000 , I was NOT expecting to pay for PARKING @ $20.00 per day....i think that is a ridiculous expectation to pay to park on the hotel property. Also didn't feel there was enough of the water park for the price....the Cabana rental for the day was $200 , also a Ridiculous price to pay.... Overall I felt the Staff was Great, but what you get for the price you pay was not worth coming back. The room I rented was a Loft, which was pretty nice, nothing...
