"The staff was very friendly and very helpful, because we put "do not disturb" sign outside the door so they even left us a note saying they would help if we need anything, and I find it very caring and helpful, and the room was very clean and smell very fresh and nice, definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family and me and my girlfriend I'll definitely come back!!"

"The carpet in our room was so old and in places appeared to be mouldy… we had a tiny basin in the room (and no basin in the en-suite) which was partially overhung by a shelf that made it very difficult to use properly and was likely the cause of the mould in front of it.
