"Great location for Stansted Airport. Very clean, attentive staff. Really noisy A/C fan in our room - so asked to move and all done in 10 minutes. So from bad to good. Breakfast included."

"Great food at dinner and breakfast however the room was freezing cold as hotel have not turned heat in yet . Portable radiator in room was on high the entire stay. Little things such as toilet running all night , heated towel rail broken. Could stay again IF other rooms had heat. "

"Staff are attentive and do a good job of listening to their customers. Excellent transportation with the neighboring station for Cambridge, London and Stansted airport. Trains do create some noise but not an issue unless the windows are open. Food and drink options at the hotel are good, and the next door pub has additional choices."
