"Good evening, firstly I’d like to say that the start of our stay was very welcoming and professional. However just a few things that I’d like to touch on, our bed was dirty, the duvet had a urine stain on it, the hot tub was filthy and had a hose pipe that my partner nearly tripped up on and had to move to a secure place out of harms way. "Staff were very kind but there are stairs leading to the room that are rough to bring suitcases up. They have water provided and the bar staff were very keen to fill my water bottle up which was nice. If you are planning to come during the summer Don’t. They don’t have AC and it got quite hot in the room."

The room could have been cleaned better, especially around the window but the rest of the room and the bathroom were fine. Staff were friendly and helpful.
