"I had an overall good stay at the hotel. Marcin at the front desk was kind, welcoming, and very helpful throughout my visit. The hotel and my room were clean and well maintained, which I really appreciated.
Unfortunately, I had a difficult experience during the night due to guests in the room next to mine having a loud party until around 3 AM. I had to call the front desk several times before security was finally sent. While security did remove some of the extra people, they returned shortly after and the noise continued.
I also found the night agent to be rude and unprofessional. She refused to change my room despite the ongoing disturbance, which made the situation more frustrating.
I do want to recognize Piotr, the Front Office Director, who handled the situation professionally. He listened to my concerns and refunded me for that night, which I truly appreciate.
Overall, the hotel is clean and has some great staff members, but better handling of noise complaints and guest service during overnight hours would significantly improve the experience."
