"The front staff was amazing!!! Justin and Moses, the front staff members, were very helpful. They cared about our stay and ensured we were well taken care of. They deserve a raise!!! Hotel overall is quiet! Great location. It is very close to many areas. Parking is truly available onsite. There is a parking garage, for lower vehicles, and outside parking for larger/taller than 6 feet vehicles. Clean hotel room. The beds are comfortable. Lovely hotel!"

"Our stay had a couple of frustrating issues. The AC was set to 64°F but the room never got below 72°F, so it felt uncomfortably warm overnight with no way to cool it down. The fire alarm also went off for no apparent reason before 5 AM, forcing an evacuation. I reached out via the Hilton/Graduate text messaging line that's meant for exactly these situations and never heard back. To top it off, we later discovered the hotel had offered complimentary breakfast to make up for the disruption—but...

"Pros: Good Location/Nice Amenity/Extra Large Room/Excellent Food in the Restaurant/Wheel Chair Was Provided/Buffet Breakfast was delightful Cons: Poor Services (no extra bedding for the sofa bed - my elderly mom was cold while sleeping during the first night; the safe is locked - not operational) Poor Maintenance (the bathroom had no proper ventilation; the bathroom door is jammed with extreme loud noise when opening it each time; water station is not operational in the gym) Poor Housekeeping...

"Everything was excellent. Breakfast was varied and fresh. Social hour on Wed with complimentary wine and appetizers was a pleasant addition to our stay. Very clean room and quiet parking is easily accessible but $25 a night. Would stay here again. It’s downtown"

"Property is located north of center city in a neighborhood of mostly small businesses. Building and grounds look clean from the outside. Easy access from 301. Room was a good size with new beds, fridge, micro and TV. Walls were noticeably dirty and need fresh paint. No clothes rod or hooks. Tiny bath was sub-standard with mis-matched & patched ceramic tile. No electric outlets in the bathroom. Mirror was dirty. Tiny sink top had numerous cigarette burns and stains. Tiny 36 x 36 stall...

"Jeffrey was the best host. This is a beautiful property which is obviously lovingly maintained. The building is so pretty and has multiple sitting areas outside of your room (which was also great). I have dietary restrictions and Jeffrey and others made sure to have snacks for me to enjoy during the wonderful nightly happy hours and delicious options for breakfast. This area was also fun to explore and Jeffrey gave us very good pointers on where to go."

"Location was good but the hotel (room) could use some updating (mold spots on the ceiling, sunken in mattress, heavily stained counter, dirty fridge). Overall the room was nice but definitely wouldn’t be back due to the issues noted."
