"I really liked this hotel. The establishment appeared impeccable, neat and clean. The staff was exceptional, gracefully taking care of customers who were displaced from an Embassy Suite hotel due to a/c power outage and simultaneously checking in their own customers expeditiously.
This was a very short stay that wished was longer. I would wholeheartedly recommend a stay here."

"I've stayed at this cheap, outdated hotel because it's about the only property near the Galleria that doesn't charge for parking. I can also overlook the outdated, scratched furniture & walls, along with nicks, stains, and weird air freshener scents in the lobby, plus cigarette burn holes in the sheets, but I have to draw the line on what I saw this morning while getting ready to leave: a German cockroach comfortable enough to be crawling out of the bathroom sink while I was brushing my teeth!...
