"Nice, if somewhat outdated hotel. The staff at reception was very nice and helpful. I can't say the same about the breakfast staff, that also has the most disappointing food of my trip."

"We didn’t know until we arrived that the hotel had a dinosaur theme. Great if you have kids that like dinosaurs. The breakfast bar had more choices than we were expecting. It was great each day we had it. The staff was very polite and helpful as well!"

"Terrible stay. No Hot Water! When I called, the front desk said that the maintenance man would work on it when he arrived at 8. No effort was made to get this problem fixed sooner. No offer was made to do anything at all about the fact that I had to leave by 8 and couldn't wash my hair due to frigid water. The parking lot is far too dark. Further, the front desk announced to me that the front doors were the only way in. When I was leaving in the morning, I saw that a back door was propped open."

"Facility definitely needs work, like new carpets and stuff because it's super stained and kinda dingy. Our room was relatively clean but not soundproof at allll. Breakfast was decent. Pretty close to Red Rocks which is great tho! And staff was friendly. Overall okay visit. Might stay again if it was a bit cheaper."

"I paid for 3 nights of which I was completely robbed of my money because I was forced to go to a different hotel. My Uber arrived a little past midnight at the hotel and their office was closed. There was no way to contact any one nor a way to check-in. I was stranded with all my belongings and no money because I had spent it on the room and the uber. Worst night of my life!!!"
