"Enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was excellent. Only issue with the entire stay was the wait for the lifts. Only two lifts in service and we had some relatively long waits for them. Especially at check out. However we would choose this hotel again when we visit London "

"Wonderful stay. Wedding anniversary - on arrival we had been upgraded to a premium room and had a bottle of sparkling wine waiting in an ice bucket along with a handwritten card and delicious dessert. A generous touch!
We had a drink in the bar in the evening after going out for dinner. Great atmosphere and we were helped in picking out some cocktails from the latest menu.
Staff were all friendly. Room felt very clean. It was our 2nd time here and we will be back!
