"Nice room with good ac, mini fridge and comfy beds. Coffee, tea etc. my 2 main complaints the room is near dining hall so the noise from their ac was loud thou it is off when restaurant closed. Also they were mopping entry way and reception and didn’t help my partner who was on crutches and seemed annoyed that we were passing thru. Didn’t even hold doors open for him. But have stayed many times and will return. Close to beach and airport and reasonably priced "

"First time to Jamaica and we will definitely be back. The Riu made our experience memorable for all the right reasons, the staff was great, they were accommodating and attentive. I loved how there was entertainment every day/night between the resorts you have access to. It made leaving the resort unnecessary, but if you wanted to they had staff there to hold your hand through the process. The only thing I would change is how late house cleaning comes each time. My husband and I ran into our room being cleaned after 4pm on a couple of occasions. Not a real concern, glad they were there to clean."

"The property is beautifully set on the hillside the grounds are well and beautifully maintained with a lot of flora very relaxing and comfortable,staff were friendly the only problem was lack of WIFI which didn’t work in the rooms and barely worked outside but I understand this is because the internet is still unstable due to the damage the hurricane caused .It is not far from the town centre a local taxi ride away so shops are available nearby. overall it was a nice experience at a reasonable price"

"This property is outstanding. No big crowds, lots of personal attention. Beach was very clean and not covered in seaweed. The property has a historic feel to it, very classic. Do not go here if you are looking for an ultra modern architecture experience. Nor should you go here if your looking for a party vibe. Very relaxing quiet redort with outstanding service. There is a butler waiting for you nearly everytime you leave your room! Restaurants are great too."
