"Although the city location is not good, the Hotel is close enough and theroom is really, really nice ( we had a huge jacuzzi inside our bedroom. The staff is great! The breakfast is included and it is really good! One thing it is important if you are going feom the airport to the hotel you have to get a taxi, because there are no shuttles to the hotel."

"Wir haben diese Hotel gewählt um die Umgebung zu erkunden und evtl. abends noch am Strand auszuspannen. Pattsituation war gut, Auto wird hinter einem Tor geparkt aber auf die Klingel ohne Überprüfung wird das Tor geöffnet. Hotel ist übersichtlich. Zimmer groß, mit einem Balkon und Sitzmöglichkeit. Gleich am Meer, man hört die Wellen. Frühstück ist wirklich gut. Das war einer von 4 Hotels die wir auf diese Reise besucht haben und dieses Frühstück war das Beste. Service ist nicht 4 Sterne...

"Albergo davvero carino e personale cortese e disponibile, ma la stanza puzzava di fumo. Non siamo riusciti ad accendere l'idromassaggio, sarebbe opportuno mettere delle istruzioni. Tutto sommato un buon soggiorno, odore di fumo a parte. Buona e varia anche la colazione. "

"Comfortable hotel. Not very salubrious area! Traffic heavy in rush hour so took much longer than planned for morning flight, even though not far from the airport. Be warned! Would have preferred a shower to a jacuzzi in the bathroom, for a quick morning shower."

There were too many standouts to highlight - front desk, valets, shuttle drivers, restaurant staff, cleaners, etc.. I would have run out of Euros tipping everyone deserving of a tip. "El WiFi no funcionó por casi dos días. El desayuno es pobre y malo. Los cuartos carecen de una buena ventilación. El bar no se sabe ni cuándo ni quién lo abre. Sin embargo, el personal es amable y siempre está dispuesto a ayudar a sus huéspedes y a solucionar problemas."

"Bella struttura con visuale bellissima. Ho prenotato una camera matrimoniale piccola (amche troppo) ma, ma mi sento di consigliare una camera Confort, più spaziosa e confortevole. Ottima pulizia. La pecca è che, per come ubicata la mia camera, la sera, durante serata con musica, fino alle 2 di notte impossibile prendere sonno. Ristorante di qualità ma caro, due antipasti di mare, due primi, un calice di vino, una coca piccola e due bottiglie di acqua euro 95. Il posto è incantevole. "

All of the metal is rusted. I felt like the rooms were not clean. The walls were completely scratched and stained. "

"The property is a few minutes walk from the main attractions in Ercolano, with free parking, a good breakfast and a nice restaurant. The pool is inviting. The place itself looks to date from the 18th century. The rooms in the main building are very attractive."

"The area was in the industrial zone. Not a great area but close to the metro trains. You should see the out area before you book. The gym is closed, the patio deck also closed, a lot of Reno. Kind people but I would not stay there again. Bring your own water."
