"Overall horrible experience. Front desk has the absolute worst customer service ever. They can’t be bothered to look up from cell phones and the irritation on their faces when you ask anything. Housekeeping and breakfast employees were great. Paid far too much for no AC and apparently it’s not an isolated issue. No apologies. Icing on the cake being stuck in the elevator.
