"The staff here was wonderful and so helpful every time we needed help during our stay. Very professional yet friendly which we really appreciated. Hotel ambiance was nice as well and area is great. There is a lot of food and shopping stores within walking distance and a shopping mall just down the road. Would definitely recommend for an affordable stay."

"The location was great with free parking. However, the lobby smelled like mildew and the property is very dated. There were two tiny bath towels that barely fit around us, the mini fridge was on the floor instead of being in the cabinet, and the worst issue was my partner stuffed up the toilet and we told management and he responded that when we return from our outing to universal things will be “fresh and clean”. Upon returning to our room, 12 hours later, we opened the door to the room and the...

"We absolutely loved our stay! Beautiful rooms, an amazing pool, and a fantastic restaurant. Everything was wonderful!
Just two small suggestions to improve the experience even further:
1. The hair dryer in room 567 wasn’t working and looked quite worn out. It would be great to replace it.
2. It wasn’t clear whether the wine in the room was complimentary. A small information card explaining what’s included would be very helpful.
Thank you for a lovely experience! We would definitely love to...
